Research Safety Programs

Electronic documentation of compliance and safety training are vital to any lab safety program. It enables researchers to readily access and organize laboratory records for past audits, training renewals, chemical inventories, biohazardous substances, and personnel management. At UC San Diego, research safety programs are divided into various categories, including vivarium safety, biosafety, and chemical safety. These programs are organized through the EH&S safety application suite entitled "My Research Safety".
